In order to be able to process your request in the best possible way, it is required that you complete all the below fields.

The above-mentioned retailer hereby requests Hwam A/S to arrange a service visit. If the request is not directly related to a claim or guarantee, the invoice will be issued in accordance with the currently valid prices. Invoicing is exclusively made to the retailer who requested the service visit.

In relation to claims, invoicing is made if the claim proves to be unfounded, or if a defect or problem is the result of construction changes or other changes made to the product or any of its parts without approval by HWAM A/S. Free access to the wood-burning stove on site must be ensured.

The retailer hereby confirms to understand the current Sales and Delivery Terms.
